After dremeling out most of the useless plastic I had to glue some metal to the bottom to cover up the holes.


I saved the original NES power and reset buttons so I could use them to turn the computer on/off.


I had to modify the NES power button so that it did not stay in when it was pressed.


I used a laptop hard drive to save space, and I just used a converter to hook it up to the standard IDE cable.


After the glue dried. Some newspaper got stuck to the metal near the back.

My power board. I had to use a hacksaw to cut off 2 inches so that it fit.

The wires are already becoming messy and it can only get worse from here.


Apparently if you install windows on a different machine it only likes to work on that machine.

The CD drive plugged in using an adapter to convert to IDE. Velcro is used so It does not slide.


The CD drive is installed and can be accessed by opening the NES cartridge door.
